Climate-KIC is one of the Knowledge- and Innovation Communities (KICs) supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). Climate-KIC brings together universities, companies, cities and business partners in Europe with the aim to support innovative mitigation- and adaptation solutions to climate challenge.
Climate-KIC isupports education, entrepreneurship and innovation, that integrates knowledge and ideas into products or services that help to mitigate climate change.

Aarhus University became partner of Climate-KIC Nordic in April 2017. Climate-KIC Nordic is one of thirteen Climate-KIC centers in Europe and its headquarters is located in Lyngby.
Getting involved with Climate-KIC
As partner, Aarhus University can participate in the activities within Climate-KIC. The partnership opens up possibilities for participation in innovation projects and network events with other partners within research institutes, public organisations and business partners.
